At the same time, through VHF, telephone, on-site patrol boat supervision and other means to strengthen the safety reminder of passing ships crossing the bridge area, pay attention to avoid the construction facilities in the bridge area. Since the first approval, Minhang Maritime Safety Administration has provided safety information for passing ships in the bridge area for more than 16,000 times.

With the epidemic prevention situation gradually improving, more and more enterprises in Shanghai are returning to work in an orderly manner, and the demand for electric coal is gradually increasing. This month, 18 sub-electric coal transport ships have entered and exited the jurisdiction of Minhang Maritime Safety Administration.
In order to ensure the safe entry of coal-fired carriers into the port, Minhang Maritime has mastered the plan of coal-fired carriers’ berthing in advance, opened up a "green channel for transportation of key livelihood materials", provided priority handling and priority entry services, and ensured that coal-fired carriers can complete their entry, exit and loading and unloading operations as quickly as possible.
At the same time, the "trinity" water supervision mode of electronic cruise+water cruise+unmanned aerial vehicle cruise is adopted, and the whole-course monitoring of the ship is used to continuously track the ship’s dynamics, and the fleet dynamics are broadcast to the surrounding ships through VHF, and the upstream and downstream situation is notified to the ship in time. The patrol boat maintains the ship’s navigation order on the spot, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is sent to make a long-distance call of "fixed-point hovering position" during the intensive entry of ships to remind the transit ships to keep a safe distance from large ships to ensure the safety of navigation.
"Joint action" speeds up the resumption of work
As the flood season approaches, the seasonal change of water level becomes more and more obvious. In order to adjust and repair the navigation AIDS in time, meet the navigation demand of the jurisdiction with good navigation security, and better help enterprises to resume work and production. Recently, Minhang Maritime Safety Administration and Shanghai Navigation Mark Office carried out joint cruise inspection of navigation marks.
According to the unified deployment arrangement, Minhang Maritime Safety Administration conducted a special cruise inspection of 13 public navigation AIDS and some lampposts within its jurisdiction, focusing on checking whether the appearance of navigation AIDS, such as location, coloring and structure, is normal, and whether there are obstacles that affect the normal efficiency of navigation AIDS. At the same time, the luminous status of navigation AIDS was checked at night, and the relevant records of cruise inspection were made by special personnel and timely feedback was given. It is understood that after a comprehensive inspection, the appearance of navigation AIDS in the current jurisdiction is generally good.
