The "Thirteenth Five-Year" National Strategic Emerging Industry Development Plan
Strategic emerging industries represent the direction of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, and are the key areas to cultivate new kinetic energy and gain new competitive advantages in the future. During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, we should put strategic emerging industries in a more prominent position in economic and social development, vigorously build a new modern industrial system, and promote sustained and healthy economic and social development. This plan is formulated in accordance with the relevant arrangements in the Outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, and the planning period is from 2016 to 2020.
First, accelerate the growth of strategic emerging industries and create a new engine for economic and social development.
