Since the pilot reform of the supervision system was carried out, the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee has resolutely shouldered the political responsibility of the reform pilot and carried out the construction in strict accordance with the "blueprint" determined by the CPC Central Committee. Within the framework of the pilot reform plan of the CPC Central Committee and the decision of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), Shanxi has made great efforts to establish a system of establishing chapters and regulations, and built a "four beams and eight pillars" for deepening reform.
