Why did Report to the 20th CPC National Congress make a special chapter to deploy these major events?
The report made by General Secretary of the Supreme Leader at the opening meeting of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China consists of 15 parts. The first three parts talk about achievements, guiding ideology, mission and tasks. Starting from the fourth part, from economy to party building, strategic arrangements are made in chapters.

The fifth part of Report to the 20th CPC National Congress is "Implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, strengthening the support of talents in modernization", which is specially elaborated and sends a clear signal.
