The friction of fiber socks is too small, so there is generally no problem in the process of walking because of the small movement range. However, in the process of running, the step frequency per minute is 170-80, and the feet are repeatedly rubbed and shaken in the shoes with high frequency. The socks are too slippery to provide good fixation, and the feet will soon get blisters, especially the longer they run, the more serious the blisters are. I believe many people have been caught.

Boat socks not only have low friction, but also shrink easily, which is even more serious. Anyway, I have been taught several times and never dare to wear socks blindly again.

I didn’t know anything when I first started running. I was bored to death wearing polyester underwear to run.

Polyester underwear is really airtight, and it needs to emit a lot of heat when running. It didn’t take me long to get wet in this underwear, and I felt that every step of running was painful, which was too uncomfortable. I will never wear this underwear when running again.

There are also briefs that are uncomfortable to wear. The sides of briefs rub back and forth with thighs during running, and sometimes the thighs are red, so you deserve a pair of boxers with good air permeability.


When running, we usually carry two necessary equipment, mobile phone and key. At first, I put the key in my shorts pocket and my mobile phone in my hand or arm bag. After running several times, I found that the key swinging back and forth in my pants pocket not only affected the rhythm, but also made my thighs red, not to mention how inconvenient it was to put my mobile phone in my hand. If I put it in my arm bag, it would be loose and shaking, and if it was tight, my arm would be uncomfortable. Sports pockets solve this problem very well.

In fact, I have encountered the same problem in playing basketball before, which should be a common trouble for people who wear glasses. I also bought a special basketball mirror, but I didn’t wear it because it was too much trouble. In fact, I can solve it with the following little thing with a few dollars, silicone glasses cover, so I don’t have to worry about it. I play basketball all right, and the intensity of running is much less than playing basketball, So easy!


I found two good things, one is the silicone sweat belt I am wearing now, and the other is the headband. Before, I thought the headband was too ugly to wear. When I first started running, I ran a lot on the highway, wearing the in-ear headphones, which had a particularly good sound insulation effect. Sometimes cars passed behind me, and I found out that when I turned around by the river, I almost got hit by the battery car behind me. My wife was worried about me every time, and later she bought me a bone conduction earphone, so I didn’t have to worry about not hearing the outside sound when listening to songs.

There are three kinds of headphones in its home, entry-level, mid-range and high-end. When I first started running, I didn’t have the concept of heart rate. At that time, the running distance was also short, about 5km at a time. But for runners who want to run a marathon, it is strongly recommended to buy a professional heart rate watch, so that they can monitor their heart rate at any time and avoid danger.

Because when you run a long distance, especially when you are half-horse or full-horse, your feeling may be inaccurate under extreme fatigue, and it often gives you an illusion that I am not tired, so you will often see some tragedies in the marathon on the news. If he had paid attention to some heart rates at that time, such tragedies should not have happened.

I also told my first horse experience in an answer. I didn’t realize that I had reached the maximum heart rate, and I was afraid to think about it. When I first started running, I didn’t know anything at that time, and I didn’t even stretch. If I was stronger, I would feel uncomfortable the next day. Moreover, the leg muscles are particularly tense and stiff, and the whole person’s state is also very bad and particularly tired. Later, I slowly learned that after a high-intensity run, I should fully stretch and have enough massage to relieve fatigue.

Therefore, as long as I jog for more than 10km or run intermittently for a short distance, I will stretch for a while before taking a shower.

Later, after taking part in many marathons, I found that many people were carrying something called a fascia gun when they were running horses. After learning more about it, I realized that this thing was used to relax muscles and relieve fatigue. It can relax muscles more deeply than stretching, similar to the effect of massage.

I remembered when I ran the Shanghai Marathon in 2018. Although I ran a complete horse for a long time, the intensity was too great. I felt that there was no comfortable place all over my body, so I found a blind massage shop near my home and massaged it for an hour. It was relieved.But you can’t go to a massage every time. You don’t have that much time and money.

When I just bought it, I didn’t dare to run because I was vaccinated. I usually sat at work for too long, and my neck was particularly sore. So I tried to relax the trapezius muscle, and I felt so comfortable after pressing it for about 2 minutes.

Just a reminder:
