  "The original Lectra factory also used hundreds of handling robots, but they came from different manufacturers and had different internal systems, so it was difficult to make unified scheduling and it was inevitable to make mistakes." Zhang Xiaohui introduced that sometimes, a part has been used up, but the handling robot didn’t deliver it in time.

  In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost, the Lectra factory invited the Zhang Xiaohui team of Wide-area Mingdao to design a set of digital transformation and upgrading scheme, so that the handling robots of different manufacturers can "share the same mind" and jointly complete the efficient distribution of "finding people to find goods".

  "From a seed to a vegetable, the whole process is unmanned." Zheng Jishu, agricultural digital technician of Chongqing Academy of Agricultural Sciences, said.

  Here, relying on intelligent algorithms, machine vision and other digital technologies, Zheng Jishu and his team built a set of aquaponics ecosystem: "After nearly 10 years of research, we have realized the full utilization of fish tail water, zero addition of nitrogen fertilizer, and the conversion and utilization rate of ammonia nitrogen has reached more than 90%."

  On the vegetable rack, there are many pipes. "We don’t need fertilization to grow vegetables here." Zheng Jishu said that the fish tail water was treated and converted into water-soluble fertilizer, which was then transported to vegetables through pipelines, and the "nutrient solution" after being absorbed by vegetables and then flowed back to the fish pond. Compared with traditional vegetable fields, it greatly saves planting space.

  At present, the intelligent production mode is being popularized in Chongqing, and six aquaponics factories have been built in Bishan and Liangping, among which the aquaponics Digital Factory in Liangping Digital Farm is expected to produce 150 tons of bass and 40 tons of vegetables annually.
