Exerting the power of sports lottery to help the whole people keep fit.

Take it from the people for the people, and the public welfare sports lottery benefits the people’s livelihood. Recently, the public welfare sports lottery demonstration kiosks built in fitness parks and squares in Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province are deeply loved by the general public because of their beauty and practicality.

The public sports lottery fitness demonstration pavilion was jointly built by Shaanxi Sports Lottery and Shangluo Sports Bureau. It is planned to build 37 kiosks during the year, and 7 kiosks have been built and put into use, aiming at conveying the public welfare power of sports lottery, providing scientific fitness guidance and convenient services for citizens, guiding citizens to develop healthy living habits and helping healthy Shaanxi construction. On the basis of the fitness demonstration site, the public sports lottery fitness demonstration pavilion was upgraded by incorporating public sports lottery elements, highlighting the brand concept of "public welfare, health, joy and enterprising" advocated by sports lottery. Walking into the demonstration pavilion, drinking water equipment, first aid kit, life-saving rope, fire extinguisher and convenient charging facilities are all available, and all kinds of fitness guidance books are placed in the glass display cabinets on both sides of the window, forming an outdoor "mini-reading room".

In recent years, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, closely focused on the goal of building "China’s health and wellness capital", guided by meeting the needs of the masses, planned ahead, demonstrated and guided, and made an "acupuncture-like" micro-renovation of small and micro public spaces around urban primary and secondary roads, street corners, old communities and other residents, and built more than 100 small, beautiful, small and refined "pocket parks". The pocket park is embedded with supporting service facilities such as fitness and leisure, ecological parking lot and public toilets, which makes it more complete in function and richer in experience. The polar region has greatly alleviated the problem of insufficient parks and sports and fitness places around the masses, and effectively incited the people’s livelihood with a "small incision".

This traffic accident escape case is so bizarre that I dare not write a novel like this!

CCTV News:A pair of father and son are the victim and the perpetrator in a traffic accident respectively. As the son of the accident, he chose to escape after the accident, but he didn’t know that the victim was his father; The father who was hit was seriously injured and eventually died. The day before yesterday, the police handling the case talked about this "anecdote".

One person died in a car accident, and the driver escaped.

Xu Chuanjun, a policeman of the brigade directly under the traffic police detachment of Heze City, Shandong Province, said that at 10: 30 pm on June 9, the brigade directly under the traffic police detachment of Heze City received an alarm, and a traffic accident occurred on Provincial Highway 259 near Chang Liu Zhuang, Xiaoliu Town, Mudan District, Heze City.

  △ Car accident scene map

The police on duty immediately rushed to the scene and found that an electric tricycle was knocked over by the roadside and a small car stopped at the scene of the incident. The suspect had fled.

  Police handling the case:

The right front of the small car hit the back of the tricycle, causing the tricycle to hit the tree on the east side of the road. The tricycle driver turned over the ditch on the east side of the approach and died after being sent to the hospital for rescue.

△ surveillance video: the moment of collision

By collecting surveillance video and comparing the collision traces of two cars, the police determined that the small car left at the scene was the accident car.

The police locked in the accident, but the family of the deceased gave up the responsibility.

After investigation, the victim who was hit to death was surnamed Yang, who was from Yangshuikeng Village, Xiaoliu Town, Mudan District, Heze City. However, just as the police were investigating the suspect who hit and run, the victim’s family asked the police handling the case not to pursue it. It turns out that there is something hidden behind the mystery.

After investigation, the police learned that the driver was actually Yang, the son of the victim Yang. After the police summoned Yang according to law, Yang confessed to the fact that he had hit and run. "My father was afraid that I would drink, so he went home without drinking."

Yang’s father didn’t expect that just as he was about to turn into the road into the village from the 259 provincial highway, he was suddenly hit by a car coming from behind. Yang, the perpetrator, recalled, "At that time, there was a car light in front of me and I couldn’t see it. I didn’t know I had touched it. I saw someone hit, and then I was so scared that the airbags were opened. "

It was not until the next day that Yang learned that it was his father who was hit by himself that night and had died.

The traffic police department said that although the victim and the perpetrator in the case were father and son, the behavior of the perpetrator Yang had constituted a traffic accident crime, and there was an escape plot, and he would still be investigated for legal responsibility. At present, the case is still being handled in accordance with legal procedures.

China’s game users exceed 600 million. How should games convey correct values?

In the days of epidemic prevention at home, many people rely on playing games to relieve their boredom. An industry report shows that in the first quarter of this year, the "home economy" represented by online games broke the time and space restrictions, enriched the digital cultural life and became one of the industries that rose against the trend.

Undeniably, online games have a huge market in China. According to the report released at the 2019 China Game Industry Annual Conference, the number of game users in China has increased from more than 100 million to more than 600 million in the past decade, and games are becoming a more mainstream social way and cultural demand. Our attitude towards games should not simply and rudely say "no", but try to make it bring more positive effects to our lives.

  Application scenarios are more diverse.

During the Spring Festival this year, an epidemic prevention popular science game "Eliminating Coronavirus" quickly gained the love of netizens as soon as it was launched. For every ordinary person, mastering scientific epidemic prevention knowledge and skills is the greatest support for epidemic prevention work, and this way of playing games to support epidemic prevention shows us that games, a purely recreational activity, can also be given more positive social value. As Cheng Wu, vice president of Tencent and CEO of Tencent Pictures, mentioned in an internal letter issued during the brand upgrade of tencent games: "Our attitude towards games determines the width of future industries and the temperature of future games."

In fact, today, games have become one of the favorite and most accepted forms of entertainment for hundreds of millions of young users. The values of a phenomenal game work are likely to affect the growth of a generation. This also puts forward a realistic requirement for game developers, that is, how the game conveys correct values to users, especially young users.

Tencent, which has created explosive games such as the glory of the king, launched the "Dream Pursuit Plan" two years ago, with functional games as the starting point, hoping to explore more value and application of the game. Cheng Wu said that the existence scene of games is no longer limited to entertainment, but has been widely used in many fields such as education, medical care and public welfare, providing brand-new solutions for many social problems.

For example, game developers are trying to integrate boring learning into games. This game can completely record most of each student’s operations in the game process like a video recorder. The guardian can use it to check the actual operations of the students in the game and replay their game process like a movie. Together with the game log written by the students, the final game report, interviews, observation materials and other materials, the students can be deeply and comprehensively analyzed.

Games can also be used in health recovery. In foreign countries, a smoking cessation game was once very popular. On the one hand, it can help people receive all kinds of information continuously for days, weeks or even months in an entertaining way, thus gradually changing people’s healthy behavior. On the other hand, reward correct behaviors (such as taking medicine on time) and encourage players to compete with others to see who has changed the most (such as losing weight). By monitoring and comparing the progress of ourselves and others, we can help people to strengthen exercise, improve their diet, relieve depression and better control the symptoms of diabetes or asthma.

The book Gamification Thinking: A New Force to Change Future Commerce says: Human beings will face a prospect of gamification. Games are not only a fun for a group of people to indulge in, but also a medium for human beings to express themselves and create meaning in the future, which is one of the foundations of the next generation of human civilization. He also pointed out that in the future, entertainment will be gamified and education will be gamified.

In this regard, experts believe that scholars and game developers need to work together to make the best games. The "best" here should not only be "fun", but also make the game works play an entertaining role, which not only brings joy to players, but also enables them to gain growth strength from it.

Especially for young users, game developers should pay more attention to studying how to integrate the essence of Chinese cultural values such as patriotism, honesty and friendliness into game development, into specific gameplay and game interaction, and subtly influence the growth of young people in an entertaining way. According to insiders, this is a challenging but very meaningful undertaking.

  Nourish creation with traditional culture

The game can also be done with connotation, cultural taste and popularity. In recent years, Tencent cooperated with the Forbidden City to create a small game called "Forbidden City: Pocket Palace Craftsman", in which more than 1.5 million young people "built" the Forbidden City; Netease’s "Fantasy Journey to the West" computer version, in cooperation with all-brand products of "Journey to the West" and Dunhuang Museum, through the game, players can feel Dunhuang culture and the beauty of nine-color deer and flying without leaving home. An excellent game product can carry more excellent culture, enhance people’s cognition and taste of the game, and then subtly influence the world outlook, outlook on life and values of players, especially teenagers.

In the game circle, the charm of China’s classic literature is also fully released: the games with the themes of Three Kingdoms, Journey to the West and Martial Arts have gained a certain market in the Chinese cultural circle. "Game+Culture" is promoting the organic integration of traditional culture and trend culture, and making traditional culture rejuvenate in the Internet age.

Those young people who love domestic animation will also have the opportunity to play their favorite animated characters in a game. In recent years, Migu Entertainment has actively supported and promoted the development of domestic IP. At present, it has been authorized by more than 500 high-quality national IP of Shanghai Meiying Factory, including classic IP such as Make a scene in Heaven, Gourd Baby, Black Cat Sheriff, Lotus Lantern, The Legend of Heroes in Sui and Tang Dynasties. In the words of Feng Lin, general manager of Migu Interactive Entertainment Co., Ltd., it is not only the cultural responsibility that an enterprise should undertake to make Guoman IP shine. In fact, once the cultural values of a large number of domestic classic IPS are fully excavated, everyone can become the beneficiaries of the development of the game industry. To do this well, we need a group of creative and dreamy developers to jointly explore the value of IP, so that games can work together with animation, film and television, literature and other businesses to jointly create a cultural IP that young people love.

With the development of game industry and technology, the influence of games is also rising. In the past, the game relied heavily on other entertainment industries, and the methods of drawing materials from film and television dramas and IP adaptation almost ran through the whole game history. However, with the maturity of the game itself and the expansion of its influence, the current game began to be exported to other entertainment industries, and the number of film and television dramas with the theme of games gradually increased. These film and television dramas usually make some divergent adaptations or imaginations of the games, and expect and describe the future games in their own way.

Liu Wei, president of Giant Network Technology Co., Ltd. believes that online games have transcended regions and become an international interactive "language" because of their Internet attributes. It can be said that online games have certain development potential in cross-cultural communication. An online game product bearing excellent culture can introduce the story of China and the image of China to the world, and also let the world know about China.

How to subtly transmit more and better Chinese culture in a form acceptable to overseas users? In fact, industry management departments have made explorations. For example, the "China National Online Game Publishing Project" has increased its support for game products with profound Chinese traditional culture connotation; In recent years, some research and development of "art games" reflecting China’s traditional aesthetics have also received considerable attention.

  Install a "firewall" for teenagers

In China, few parents support their children to play games. Many families regard games as a scourge, and equate playing games with doing nothing and playing with things. However, it is undeniable that with the popularity of mobile phones and electronic devices, the age at which teenagers in China first come into contact with online games is getting younger and younger.

"Gamification is an irreversible trend of today’s social development, which is an unchangeable fact in the era of artificial intelligence." Huan Wang, principal of Beijing Shijia Primary School, suggested that parents should treat the role of video games in the growth of teenagers objectively and rationally. Try to avoid the induction of bad factors in the network and let children "live in harmony" with video games. She suggested that parents go through the process of playing games with their children and listen to their voices and favorite content. On the premise of empathy, parents will recommend games suitable for children from the perspective of adults.

The parents of a high school student told reporters that the game itself is innocent, and the key is to guide children to establish a rational "game view." At present, the state’s supervision of online games is increasing. No matter what kind of games, it is required to embed anti-addiction system, strengthen the protection of minors and teenagers, and provide them with a healthy atmosphere of education and fun. At the end of 2019, the State Press and Publication Administration issued the Notice on Preventing Minors from Indulging in Online Games, which gave game manufacturers clearer guidance. Before the end of May, tencent games will implement new regulations for its 80 games, including "the glory of the king" and other products, strictly implement the real-name system of online game accounts, control the duration and consumption amount of minors’ games, and further explore the application of "face recognition" technology.

Installing a green "firewall" for the online world of minors is not only the aspiration of parents, but also a systematic challenge faced by the whole society, and it is also an important proposition that the game industry needs to overcome. Experts believe that, on the one hand, from product design to thinking mode, game developers have the responsibility to carefully research and develop, scientifically build, pay attention to increasing culture and education, and spread mainstream values. On the other hand, it is necessary to correctly guide young people to establish a correct concept of games, rather than protecting them by banning games.

In recent years, e-sports has gradually become a formal major, appearing in the curriculum of some colleges and universities. In literary and artistic works, with the popularity of film and television works reflecting the e-sports industry such as Full-time Master, Dear Love and Love O2O, the e-sports industry has gradually penetrated into people’s lives and is no longer excluded.

With the rapid development of the e-sports industry, many new professions have emerged: e-sports anchors, professional players, data analysts, etc., including the recently popular e-sports sparring trainer, who plays games with people for a fee and has become a "new rice bowl" for many young people.

In the face of such a young and energetic generate, tradition and innovation blend, many young people regard it as the stage of their dreams. With the all-round development of the game animation industry, it is also an urgent need for the development of the animation industry to cultivate compound talents with perfect combination of animation creativity and technology. In this case, both families and society need to strengthen positive guidance, so as to promote the better development of the whole industry. Is the spring of Zhao Lei and "Chengdu" bursting the folk songs in the circle of friends coming?

China Economic Net Beijing February 7 (Reporter Zhang Xue) An original folk song "Chengdu" has exploded many people’s circle of friends in the past two days. On February 4th, with the broadcast of the hit program "Singer", the folk singer Zhao Lei became popular with this song "Chengdu".

As of press time, the digital album "Can’t Grow Up" of "Chengdu" was included in Netease Cloud Music, and the sales volume has exceeded 160,000. Together with the sales of QQ music, cool dog music and other platforms, the sales volume of the whole network has exceeded 200,000, which is another explosive work of independent music.

Someone wrote, "Zhao Lei, you are finally red"; Some music critics compared Zhao Lei to a "clean stream" among musicians, such as poetry and wine, which slowly entered people’s hearts and brought independent folk songs under the spotlight of more people.

After the folk song in 1993, it once again entered the public eye.

In 1993, a large wave of campus folk songs such as "You at the same table" and "The Age of White Dressing" became popular in China. After that, folk songs and folk singers gradually faded out of people’s sight.

After more than 20 years, why can Zhao Lei’s "Chengdu" be refreshed again? Zhao Lei’s shallow singing, simple and simple melody, and guitar accompaniment with no technical pressure at all are not only adaptation to the masses who eat melons with low music requirements, but also a touch of the heart.

Regarding the popularity of Chengdu, Wang Ju, executive vice president and secretary general of China Audio-visual and Digital Publishing Association, believes that because there are too few good songs, especially few original masterpieces, the people are in a state of semi-hunger, and occasionally pleasant, fun and meaningful songs will be welcomed abnormally.

Wang Ju pointed out that the melody of "Chengdu" songs is simple and smooth, and the lyrics are plain and straightforward, which has the effect of returning to nature compared with some online singers who have nothing to say. "Chengdu should be a case, not a new trend, or a large number of new singers, but it should be encouraged." Wang Ju stressed.

Zhang Qian, an associate professor at the School of Music and recording arts, Communication University of China, told the reporter of China Economic Net that Zhao Lei’s music is definitely a clean stream, which can completely achieve the special effects of refreshing the heart and washing the soul, in the talent show where turning on the TV is to fight loudly.

Folk songs play "nostalgia" cards to cater to emotional needs

With the deepening of urbanization in China, cities are expanding and villages are shrinking, and people are constantly pouring in from a small place to a bigger place. "When people just run forward, they seem to forget the way they came. Whether it’s a southern girl, a Chengdu pub or the Drum Tower in Beijing, it seems to be helping you pave a long path in your brain that you can turn around and look back." Zhang Qian said.

Zhang Qian believes that in this era, "anxiety" has become a normal state of life. After 70′ s, 80′ s and even some post-90′ s, they all began to enter the high-pressure period of life. Tickets, houses and children cruelly took away the romantic imagination and life of adults. As a result, "nostalgia" has become a good medicine to cure anxiety, and people begin to seek an emotional comfort in a touch of sadness.

The preciousness of folk songs to the contemporary music world may lie in the truth of life wrapped in poetic lyrics. Look at the folk songs that have come into public view in recent years: "Miss Dong" is a dream of "falling in love with a wild horse, but there is no grassland in my home"; "South Shannan", "You are snowing in the bright sun in the south, and I am like spring in the cold night in the north", is regarded as a folk golden sentence … …

"We began to enlarge and beautify a coffee shop we have been to, a girl we loved or the moment when the green leather train slowly started, and used this slightly sad mood to downplay the current anxiety and uneasiness." Zhang Qian believes that Zhao Lei takes his folk songs and stories through the most effective communication path at present — — The talent show suddenly broke into your world, making every melon eater who was crushed by life burst into tears. "

Spring has come for folk musicians?

In fact, as early as two years ago, many people were discussing the spring of folk music, and independent musicians such as Li Zhi, Hao Yun, Donye.S, Zhang Weiwei, good sister and Ma Di were gradually known to young people.

To some extent, the popularity of these folk musicians has surpassed the "golden generation of folk songs" such as Lao Lang, Wan Xiaoli and Xiaohe. At the same time, the performance venues of these musicians have also been upgraded from small bars and LiveHouse to workers’ sports.

"In my opinion, folk songs have long gone beyond the simple concept that fire is not popular. It exists like the sea and has been nourishing people’s lives and various types of creation." Shan Wei, CEO of Beijing Midi Performance Company, believes that folk songs have existed for many years and are extremely powerful. Whether one of Zhao Lei’s songs is a hit, Bob Dylan won the Nobel Prize, or people are arguing about these nouns and concepts for folk songs, rock and pop, it is nothing more than adding some topicality to folk songs.

According to the 2016 China Music Industry Development Report released by China Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association, the proportion of digital music output value decreased slightly in 2015, while the music performance industry, copyright brokerage and music book publishing increased in the structural adjustment trend. This means that after the music industry bid farewell to barbaric growth, "music and musicians" will become new value points.

Online music giants with a keen sense of smell have realized this, and vigorously supporting original musicians and original works has become a new goal, especially targeting independent musicians. This time, Zhao Lei brushed the screen, which also brought more opportunities to folk songs and folk musicians.

Don’t want to go to work It may be these four aspects.

Editor’s Note: The 98-year-old Japanese granny Inspur said in "Enjoy Your Life" that working is actually to earn money to support yourself. Indeed, most people do. Nigerian writer Adiqi wrote in Women’s Rights that we don’t have to like the work itself. It’s a revelation. This article may further free you from the "don’t want to go to work" curse. This article is compiled from Psychology Today, the original author, career coach Brynn Johson, the original title:4 Insights on Why You Don’t Want to Go to Work.

Maybe you silently repeat when you get up every morning, "I don’t want to go to work today."

Maybe you think every night, "I don’t want to go to work tomorrow."

Maybe you know in your heart, "I don’t want to go to work anymore, but I need money."

Of course, there will be times when everyone doesn’t want to get up, start a new day or go to work. Commuting is a burden, and the boss is a terrible existence.

But what if you keep doing this?

If this is your case, it’s probably a bigger problem. You need more than just encouraging your podcast or Starbucks double espresso latte. If you have a work-life crisis, you need to think about what the core problem is, so that you can "cure the root" instead of "cure the surface".

But, first of all, I think you know this, but I still want to mention:You have to work. No matter what job it is. Unless you are very rich, in which case, take care of your money and enjoy life.

The essence of life is that we must make a living. However, people don’t realize that, in fact, we can largely determine how our work makes us feel.

I am not a millennial generation who likes to entertain foolish ideas. Well, I’m a millennial generation, but I grew up in the Midwest and witnessed my parents go through the ups and downs of the oil industry. They tried to feed us. I understand professional ethics. I also have a work ethic. I’m also optimistic,I believe that if we work hard enough, everything will eventually get better.

If you don’t like something, there must be a way to improve it, even a little.I never believe in the idea of "living one day, bumping into the clock one day, and being grateful that I still have a job".

Now let’s look at some of the main reasons why you don’t want to go to work tomorrow. These are some common factors that clients don’t want to go to work in my professional coaching career.

Usually, you don’t want to go to work, and the reasons behind it may be: work, family, health and expectations. Every factor will bring you the feeling that you don’t want to go to work again.

Probably a colleague who doesn’t get along. You may not like commuting. You don’t like people heating fish in the microwave in the lounge. Or office life is not for you.

In 2020, we all have a lot of home office experience. According to a survey by Global Workplace Analytics, 77% of the employees interviewed like the flexibility brought by working from home, 69% are satisfied with their physical and mental health, and 76% want to continue working from home after the epidemic.

But if you are one of the 24% people who don’t want to continue working from home, your job satisfaction will not be restored until you return to the office and stop having so many Zoom meetings.

It is a fact that HR knows that employees’ private lives have a great influence on their work schedules. Private life can also affect job satisfaction. If your private life is too stressful for you to pay attention to or enjoy your work, you can choose to talk to your employer. Here are some things you can do to curb the influence of private life on your work (from Forbes).

  1. Talk to your boss or employer.

  2. Don’t talk too much about personal life.

  3. When using electronic products, set the boundaries between public and private.

  4. Separate private life from work.

  5. Try company counseling.

  6. Give yourself a break.

  7. Meet your emotional needs.

If you have no energy, usually, you also have no motivation. Your health is an important part of job performance and job enjoyment. Ensure adequate sleep, healthy diet and regular exercise. If you think that your job makes you lack energy, it’s actually a problem that will accompany you when you change jobs.

Note that I didn’t say that you should make sure when you go to bed, how many calories you eat, or how much intermittent training you do. This is because each of us has different needs for calories. What works for one person may not work for another.

As for diet and exercise, you may know how to deal with it. But as far as sleep is concerned, you can first understand your "time pattern" and what time you like to do. In fact, some people’s sleep habits are naturally different, which will also affect your job satisfaction.

Another reason why you don’t want to go to work is that you have many common misunderstandings about how work should be done. These misunderstandings make you believe that work is painful and make you don’t want to go to work again. As follows:

In order to make money, I must work hard even if I don’t like it.

Hard work doesn’t mean suffering. In fact, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology (Journal of Personality and Social Psychology) shows that the quality of experience is related to the flow state. The author was previously titled Beyond Boredom and Anxiety (Beyond Boredom and AnxietyIn a research paper, "flow" is defined as "the state of peak enjoyment, energy focus and creative concentration experienced by people in adult games, which has become the basis of a highly creative lifestyle."

The initial study found that all the factors that predict the quality of experience (except leisure and motivation) are more influenced by the state of flow rather than "being in the state of work or leisure". Excitedly, flow state is more common at work than at leisure. What is the point? Compared with unemployment, work may give you a better experience-as long as you can achieve a flow experience at work. Although a little effort is made at the beginning (remember, motivation is not positively affected by flow), flow is a state of pleasure like a party.

In the current economy, it is good to have a job, even if you don’t like it.

I won’t be overly optimistic: the job market is not good now. According to the Congressional Budget Office, the COVID-19 epidemic has brought about a soaring unemployment rate, and our economy will not recover until 2030.

However, it is still possible to change to a new job.

The trend of working from home will continue. In this case, you can apply for a lot more jobs than the previous commuting distance requirement. This has greatly expanded your employment.

In addition, people are saving at home instead of traveling. Some people suspect that there will be explosive consumption after the vaccine is effective, and many companies need to find more people to meet the demand.

In addition, in 2021, work is not the only way to make money. The United States has experienced a "entrepreneurial wave", and many newly unemployed people apply for companies and start their own businesses.

Many people have also begun to enter the "odd-job economy", working one project at a time. Many people have signed up for freelance websites such as Fiverr and Upwork, and you might think that supply will exceed demand. However, due to these new entrepreneurs I mentioned earlier, freelance jobs are also growing.

That’s the way work is. Nobody likes it.

It is common to complain about work with friends. It can release stress. However, not everyone hates work. I assure you, you know at least one person who likes his job.If they can, why can’t you?Writing and exploring yourself may help you.

  • What would it be like if you could make money and enjoy it?

  • What will it be like to make money without pressure?

By the way, I know that when you are stuck in the mentality of "I don’t like work", you may not want to write at all, but it is useful-I promise you with my career coaching certificate and my degree in psychology.

Most people know what they don’t want. It’s simple. But it is very difficult to find what you want. We have never learned this matter.

Thinking about what you really want is neither superficial nor indulgent. It is very effective.

Because even if we don’t realize what we want, we will always find ways to achieve it. We can also let it surface, admit it and get what we want earlier.

  • Close your eyes. Where do you want to go most?

  • If you could go back in time, which career would you choose?

  • If you could get a job without an interview, what would it be?

I feel itchy in winter. Don’t think it’s just dry.

Original editorial department Dayu

Aunt Li is 68 years old and has always been in good health, except for high blood pressure. However, since autumn and winter this year, Aunt Li has often been itchy, and the back of her hand, armpits and even perianal areas are often itchy, which makes her unable to sleep well in the middle of the night and eat well during the day.

She thought it was because she was old and her skin was too dry. It was useless to apply body lotion for a while. Finally, her daughter said to her, "Have you checked your blood sugar recently? Do you want to go to the hospital?" After going to the hospital, she actually got diabetes.

It is common for people to itch when they are old. What is the relationship with diabetes?

Three parts and one time.

Be wary of itching.

Even young people are prone to dry and itchy skin in autumn and winter, not to mention elderly people with aging skin.

However, skin itching is indeed the most common complication of diabetes. About 30% of patients with type 2 diabetes were diagnosed with skin itching before they were diagnosed with diabetes, and its prevalence rate was 7% ~ 43%, which was 2.7 times that of non-diabetic patients.

Why does diabetes itch the skin?

There are several main reasons-

Hyperglycemia affects the skin. Hyperglycemia can cause changes in plasma and osmotic pressure, and skin tissue fluid is in a high osmotic state, resulting in dehydration of cells, which reduces the protective function of skin surface and causes itching and dryness.

The skin is dry and aging. Diabetes patients are mostly middle-aged and elderly people, and the aging state such as slow skin metabolism, less oil secretion and chapped skin will also produce symptoms such as itchy skin.

Lipid metabolism disorder. Diabetes patients have disorder of lipid metabolism and impaired microcirculation regulation mechanism, structure and function, which leads to microcirculation disorder and aggravates dry skin.

Bacterial infection, etc. Diabetic patients are prone to secondary bacterial, fungal and viral infections due to the damage of peripheral blood vessels, which aggravates skin damage and causes skin itching.

Of course, not all "body itching" means that you have diabetes, but Aunt Li’s itching symptoms are mainly due to several special parts and special time periods.

In fact, if you want to judge whether it is caused by diabetes, you can pay attention to three parts and one time period-

Perianal pruritus

Aunt Li’s perianal pruritus is more serious. Hyperglycemia will destroy the microenvironment of the pudendal region, cause imbalance of local flora, more skin wrinkles around the perianal region and external genitalia, and sweat and feces hide dirt and shelter evil people. The environment is relatively humid, causing bacteria to breed and inflammation to cause itching.

Itching of hands and feet

In addition to the perianal region, Aunt Li’s back often itches. In fact, when blood sugar rises, it will lead to the transfer of water in the skin to the blood, causing chronic dehydration, causing dry skin, stimulating skin peripheral nerves and causing itching.

The extremities are particularly prone to itching, and the most common part is the itching of the calf.

Ear itch

If blood sugar is not controlled for a long time, it will irritate the skin and cause itchy ears. Long-term hyperglycemia leads to abnormal secretion in the ear (such as increased secretion) and intermittent itching.

Itching gets worse at night

If the skin itches like Aunt Li, it will last for more than one month without mosquito bites, especially at night, indicating that the blood sugar has exceeded the standard for a long time, resulting in damage to the body’s microvessels.

Relieve diabetic itching

It is better to take medicine and have a good attitude towards life.

The biggest trouble of diabetic pruritus is that it is repeated, which brings serious life troubles to sugar friends, but it is not impossible to improve and alleviate-

PART 01

Controlling blood sugar and blood lipid is fundamental.

The most important thing is to strictly control blood sugar and blood lipids, use drugs scientifically, and control the indicators within a reasonable range. Patients with type 2 diabetes use drugs such as metformin according to the doctor’s advice.

PART 02

Quit smoking and drinking, improve living habits

Nicotine in cigarettes can cause strong vasoconstriction and vasospasm, aggravate vascular endothelial injury, lead to decreased skin blood flow, easily aggravate skin dryness and cause itching, and drinking alcohol can easily stimulate and cause vasoconstriction, so it is necessary to quit smoking and drinking alcohol.

At the same time, we should also ensure adequate sleep, get enough exercise every day and control our weight.

PART 03

Pay attention to skin moisturizing and cleaning.

Close-fitting clothes should be soft and choose soft cotton and other materials; Wear less chemical fiber or fur clothing, change clothes and quilt frequently to reduce skin irritation.

Usually pay attention to moisturizing and hydrating the skin, do not over-clean, pay attention to applying moisturizer in winter, and drink more than 1500ml of water every day.

PART 04

Use drugs when necessary.

If there is unexplained pain or itching, especially if it persists for a long time, you should seek medical attention in time and use some drugs such as cyproheptadine cream to relieve itching discomfort under the guidance of a doctor.

PART 05

Keep a steady and good attitude.

Anxiety, irritability and other moods will often aggravate the adverse reactions of the skin. Try to maintain an optimistic, cheerful and calm mood at ordinary times, which will help relieve itching symptoms.

Itching is just a common symptom of physical discomfort, and finding the root cause behind it is the best way to maintain health.
