First, the selection object

Priority is given to the selection of young and middle-aged high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents in frontier science and technology fields, key industrial clusters, major scientific research platforms and leading enterprises in science and technology. Pay attention to the selection of leading talents and innovative teams who master key core technologies, high-level talents who promote the transfer and transformation of achievements, and young talents with great development potential.
2. The fifth phase of the "333 Project" in the province has passed the examination and is in line with the selection conditions of the sixth phase of the "333 Project" in the province, and can apply for direct entry into the same level of the sixth phase of the "333 Project" to continue training, which does not occupy the same level of selection places. The fifth phase of the "333 Project" in the second and third levels of training objects have passed the examination, and they meet the selection conditions of the sixth phase of the "333 Project" in the province, and can apply for direct participation in the evaluation of the first level of training objects in the sixth phase of the "333 Project" in the province, which does not account for the allocation of recommended declaration places.
3. Avoid wearing "hats" repeatedly, and national talents during the funding period will not be selected. During the funding period, the provincial "double talents", "cultural masters", "distinguished professor" and "distinguished medical experts" may not declare the second and third levels. 3. Those who meet the requirements of Articles 1 and 2 and meet one of the following conditions may apply for the first level:

According to the training objectives of the sixth "333 Project", it is planned to select about 48 first-level training objects, 480 second-level training objects and 4800 third-level training objects. Among them, the proportion of the first level under 50 years old (born after January 1, 1971) is not less than 10%; In the second level, the proportion of people under 40 years old (born after January 1, 1981) is about 20%, of which the proportion of people under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1986) is about 10%; The proportion of people under the age of 35 at the third level is not less than 30%.
Fourth, the selection process
1. Organize the declaration. The applicant shall carefully fill in the Application Form for the Training Object of the Sixth "333 Project" in Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form"), which shall be signed by the unit to which it belongs and reported to the talent office of each district or city or the relevant leading department of the province.
2. Qualification examination and review. The talent offices of all districts and cities and the relevant leading departments of the province shall conduct qualification examination on the application materials. 3. The talent offices of all districts and cities and the relevant leading departments of the province shall submit the following paper materials after completing the material review in the "Jiangsu Province High-level Talent Declaration Management System":
